I will try to answer brief and to the point.
So we sell the system "Ecomobile", with a help of which the cars do not work fully on water. They partially use Brown's Gas, which is released by electrolysis.
Savings are achieved by increasing the efficiency of the engine.  The most part of the fuel's energy is spent on useful work and is not dispersed into the environment working without our system. So the fuel is spent more efficiently.
What is the reason?
It's generally known that the Efficiency of modern UPC installations (Automotive internal combustion engines) is less than 30 ... 40%.
So , we have 100% of thermal energy which is formed   in the combustion of fuel but only 30^40% is spent on useful work- acceleration and movement of your car.

The remaining energy (60^70%)  is dispersed into the environment through the radiator and exhaust system that is just warms the surrounding air! 
The Efficiency of engine is less than a half.  So you can increase it with a help of our system and achieve the appropriate level of fuel's economy.
